Robot Teleoperator

About the role

Join Mentee Robotics, a Mobileye subsidiary, to remotely pilot the next‑generation AI‑first humanoid robot. You will work from a dedicated teleoperation workstation, generating high‑quality data and validating software that enables robots to operate safely alongside people.

Key responsibilities

• Core Teleoperation: Actively pilot one or more robots using a dedicated teleoperation system for extended periods.
• AI Data Generation: Perform a wide range of complex tasks remotely, demonstrating optimal execution methods.
• Testing & Validation: Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to run tests, validate new software builds, and identify performance limits or bugs.
• Process Improvement: Identify patterns in data and suggest enhancements to the teleoperation interface, robot behaviours, and data‑collection procedures.
• Protocol & Safety: Follow established safety protocols, equipment‑handling guidelines, and data‑logging standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly describe technical actions and issues.
• High degree of focus, hand‑eye coordination and situational awareness for extended remote‑task sessions.
• Availability for a regular 45‑hour week, with possible evenings, weekends or early mornings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven office environment while working at a computer/teleoperation workstation.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback and continuously improve personal and team performance.

Required skills

• Experience with remote‑control systems, joysticks, VR/AR or complex video‑game controllers (e.g., flight simulators, drone operation).
• Basic familiarity with software troubleshooting and robotics concepts.
