iOS Developer – Swift & SwiftUI

About the role

As an iOS Developer at YIT you will design, build and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences for popular Israeli apps such as Ynet.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS apps with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Work closely with designers, product owners and backend engineers to define features.
• Create clean, reusable components and write modular code that follows Apple’s guidelines.
• Minimize technical debt, improve code coverage and ensure robust performance.
• Integrate RESTful JSON services and handle storage, caching and threading concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of enterprise iOS development experience.
• Strong understanding of UI design patterns, device/OS variability and mobile best practices.
• Experience with the full mobile development lifecycle and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools is a significant advantage.
