Senior Security Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Security Engineer at Aidoc, you will embed security into AI‑driven healthcare products, platforms, and clinical workflows. The role is hands‑on, focusing on protecting production systems, influencing architecture, and collaborating with engineering, AI, DevOps, product, quality and regulatory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Secure end‑to‑end product and clinical workflows, including APIs, medical imaging pipelines, AI outputs and data flows.
• Drive secure‑by‑design architecture with guidance on authentication, encryption, secrets management and audit logging.
• Strengthen cloud‑native security across AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, containers, IAM and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Integrate and operationalize security tooling in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, IaC scanning, container scanning, secrets detection).
• Own vulnerability management, prioritize risks based on exploitability, clinical impact and regulatory relevance, and lead remediation.
• Partner with AI and data teams to protect training and inference pipelines, model integrity and prevent data leakage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on product, application or cloud security engineering experience.
• Proven ability to secure production systems, not just perform assessments.
• Strong understanding of secure design, threat modeling and architecture risk analysis.
• Experience working in regulated, healthcare‑focused environments.

Required skills

• Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React
