Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to keep qbiqqbiq’s internal IT infrastructure running smoothly and to manage the end‑to‑end process for customer security questionnaires, RFPs and due‑diligence requests. You will work closely with the technology team in Tel Aviv and report to the CPTO.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for employees (hardware, software, accounts, network, meeting rooms).
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding tasks, including device provisioning, account creation, access rights and security tooling.
• Maintain IT inventory of laptops, peripherals, licenses and SaaS subscriptions, and manage renewals.
• Keep internal IT documentation up‑to‑date (runbooks, how‑to guides, policies) and run recurring routines such as access reviews, backup checks and patch coordination.
• Enforce IT and security policies (MFA, password management, device encryption) and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Run the full response process for customer and partner security questionnaires, RFPs and due‑diligence requests: intake, drafting, internal review and submission.
• Build and maintain a central library of standard security answers, controls, policies and certifications, pulling technical details from engineering, product, security, legal and sales teams.

Required profile

• Experience providing IT support in a fast‑growing technology company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple security questionnaire requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, security, legal and sales stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of keeping documentation and answer libraries current.

Required skills
