Help Desk Specialist (Ramat Gan)

About the role

We’re hiring a Help Desk Specialist for a growing international company in the energy sector. Based in Ramat Gan, you’ll support employees across locations, resolve endpoint and software issues, and work with a broad range of IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support employees and own technical issues through resolution.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, hardware, peripherals and printers.
• Work with Windows Server, network services, cloud platforms and endpoint security tools.
• Manage and document requests through an IT service management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT Support / System Administration / Help Desk experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows operating systems, computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows Server and services such as DNS, DHCP, print servers and file services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with identity and endpoint security tools, TCP/IP and IT ticketing systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English; regular communication with international teams.
