Incident Response Analyst

About the role

Join a global leader in cyber security as an Incident Response Analyst. You will work with a highly skilled team to manage and investigate customer security incidents, providing actionable remediation recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer incident tickets and coordinate response actions.
• Perform forensic analysis on compromised systems and produce detailed incident reports.
• Prioritize and direct response efforts, documenting attack vectors, attacker methods, and artifacts.
• Conduct large‑scale compromise assessments and develop incident response playbooks.
• Create attack scenarios for tabletop training and maintain sandbox labs for malware testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings effectively to customers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2‑5 years in incident response and system compromise analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with security reviews and vulnerability risk assessments using manual and automated tools.
• Experience with enterprise security solutions and crisis management.
• Proven ability to design attack simulations and develop documented security procedures.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation (including at least one weekend per month) and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
