Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will work closely with the Director of Residences and the Residence Management team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all residential common areas, amenities and managed residences at Mandarin Oriental Residences, Tel Aviv.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve housekeeping policies, procedures and service standards in line with brand requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities and managed residences.
• Manage budgets, inventories, procurement and vendor relationships to maximise efficiency while maintaining luxury service levels.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Residences Operations and external service providers.
• Lead, train, mentor and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering professionalism and accountability.
• Handle resident requests, feedback and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain privacy, security and service expectations of a luxury residential community.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury residential, hospitality, serviced apartment, private club or luxury hotel environments.
• Pre‑opening experience in a luxury residential or hospitality setting is highly advantageous.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
