About the role
Join Club Med Resorts as a Wine Consultant and become the go‑to expert for guests seeking personalized wine and spirit experiences across our premium all‑inclusive venues.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and serve guests with tailored wine and prestige spirit recommendations.
- Sell wines à la carte, by the glass, and premium spirits in the resort’s bars and restaurants.
- Manage inventory, replenishment and proper conservation of wines and spirits for 600‑1000 customers.
- Train bar and restaurant teams on wine sales techniques and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules while preserving the resort’s heritage.
Required profile
- Sociable and able to build trust with customers.
- Efficient with a strong sense of priorities to limit waiting times.
- Attentive, delivering personalized service to each guest.
