Help Desk Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join Check Point’s dynamic Help Desk team. You will provide first‑line technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and macOS environments, helping users across the organization stay productive while protecting them from evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the OS and applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, and related cloud services.
• Manage Windows devices via Microsoft Intune MDM and macOS devices via Kandji MDM.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues and basic macOS problems.
• Deliver end‑user training on Windows, Microsoft 365, and related tools.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to maintain overall IT infrastructure stability.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft Windows system administration or Help Desk support.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for Windows device management.
• Basic knowledge of macOS support and Kandji MDM.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to learn new technologies quickly.
