Global Planning Sr. Manager

About the role

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is seeking a Global Planning Sr. Manager to lead end‑to‑end production planning for its Israeli manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Sr. Director, the role sits on the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and serves as the primary planning interface across multiple functions and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full production planning process for metal, assembly and plastics sites, converting global demand and S&OP/IBP priorities into executable plans.
• Set production priorities across plants and subcontractors, balancing service, capacity, inventory, cost and operational stability.
• Own planning recommendations for raw materials, long‑lead components and maintenance items, incorporating supplier lead times, MOQ and demand variability.
• Define inventory targets, safety stocks and replenishment parameters to optimize service, working capital and risk.
• Lead master data governance, MRP parameters, system inputs, reporting and analytics to ensure a single source of truth.
• Prepare the planning function for new product introductions and product changes, aligning with R&D, engineering, procurement and quality.
• Act as the key planning liaison with global S&OP/IBP teams, international markets and cross‑site partners.
• Develop and manage a planning organization of ~20 professionals, including five direct reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience in supply‑chain or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional planning teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex constraints into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with global S&OP, R&D, procurement, logistics and market teams.
• Experience managing planning for multiple product families and subcontractor networks.
