About the role
Transworld is seeking an Exhibitions & Projects Coordinator to oversee the logistics of exhibitions, drop shipments, and sensitive defense projects. The role involves managing end‑to‑end processes and ensuring seamless communication with global partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end exhibition logistics processes.
- Handle worldwide drop shipments, coordinated from Israel.
- Lead sensitive projects and classified equipment shipments for the defense industry.
- Prepare quotations and conduct financial reconciliations.
- Maintain daily communication with overseas agents and partners.
- Manage complex sea and air import/export shipments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in freight forwarding (mandatory, at least a second role).
- Very high‑level English proficiency (mandatory).
- Experience in projects or exhibitions is a significant advantage.
- Background in defense‑related freight forwarding is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work Fridays on a rotating basis.
