About the role

Transworld is seeking an Exhibitions & Projects Coordinator to oversee the logistics of exhibitions, drop shipments, and sensitive defense projects. The role involves managing end‑to‑end processes and ensuring seamless communication with global partners.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end exhibition logistics processes.
Handle worldwide drop shipments, coordinated from Israel.
Lead sensitive projects and classified equipment shipments for the defense industry.
Prepare quotations and conduct financial reconciliations.
Maintain daily communication with overseas agents and partners.
Manage complex sea and air import/export shipments.

Required profile

Proven experience in freight forwarding (mandatory, at least a second role).
Very high‑level English proficiency (mandatory).
Experience in projects or exhibitions is a significant advantage.
Background in defense‑related freight forwarding is a significant advantage.
Willingness to work Fridays on a rotating basis.
