Supply Chain Manager – Endoscopy Operating Unit

About the role

The Endoscopy Operating Unit at Medtronic develops minimally invasive technologies to improve patient outcomes. This onsite leadership role in Yokneam oversees supply chain operations, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and execution to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for capacity, inventory, and network optimization.
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, including performance management and talent development.
• Support new product introductions, launches, and business initiatives through effective planning and coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in service, inventory, and efficiency.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or Master's with 3+ years) of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Proven experience leading teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing support.
• Track record of developing and executing operational plans, projects, or process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive business decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• APICS certifications (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
