Dining Facility Manager

About the role

Z21 Projects is seeking a full‑time Dining Facility Manager to lead on‑site food service operations in Kiryat Gat. You will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality meals while supporting the company’s fast‑paced, logistics‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule dining staff, ensuring efficient daily workflow.
• Plan menus in line with nutrition, budget, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct regular quality checks on food, hygiene, and customer service.
• Track operational performance metrics and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with project and logistics teams to align facility operations with site requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing dining or food‑service operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities under demanding timelines.
• Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.
• Military background in food services or logistics is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar facility‑management software.
