DevOps Engineer

About the role

At-Bay, an insurance company founded by cybersecurity experts, is expanding its technology team to better understand digital risk. The company seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and automate the infrastructure that powers its data platforms and delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex software delivery systems for the Data Team.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code, primarily using Terraform.
• Develop and own CI/CD pipelines for data lakes, ETL processes, and serverless workloads.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into the existing stack.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational utilities across the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• Proven ability to manage production environments at scale.
• Independent, self‑motivated problem‑solver with excellent debugging skills.
