About the role

As a Data Scientist Team Manager at Similarweb you will lead a multidisciplinary data team, drive advanced analytics solutions and shape product strategy within a fast‑growing digital intelligence company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
• Lead the development of advanced solutions for big‑data and machine‑learning challenges.
• Collaborate with data extraction, platform, and product teams to deliver digital insights.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and incorporate customer feedback.
• Hire new talent and shape the team’s structure and product strategy.

Required profile

• Passionate about data and problem‑solving.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years developing machine‑learning or statistical algorithms in production.
• 1+ years of people‑management experience.
• Strong experience with big‑data and ML production pipelines (advantage).
• Familiarity with the web, internet, app or online industry (advantage).
