Data Science Manager, GenAI & LLMs

About the role

JLL is seeking a hands‑on Data Science Manager to lead its Enterprise Data Science Group in Tel Aviv. You will partner closely with the group lead, manage an international team of data scientists, and drive applied research on generative AI and large language models tailored to commercial real‑estate data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists and AI researchers, handling hiring, vision setting, and roadmap definition.
• Design, build, and deploy production‑grade custom language models on proprietary real‑estate datasets.
• Deliver end‑to‑end projects such as industry classification, entity resolution, recommendation systems, and lease‑price forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align goals, KPIs, and production deployment.
• Explore and integrate cutting‑edge techniques like tabular foundation models, multi‑agent pipelines, and reinforcement learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing data scientists, AI researchers, or ML engineers.
• Proven track record of shipping ML/AI solutions to production and creating measurable business value.
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams and partner across product and business units.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external presentations.
