About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Operations Specialist to join Infinidat’s global support team. The role combines on‑site logistics, 24/7 shift work and collaboration with Tier‑3 engineers to ensure our enterprise customers’ data is protected.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and manage on‑site customer activities, handling logistics and operational coordination.
- Provide first‑line assistance for phone and email inquiries related to our storage products.
- Collaborate with Tier‑3 Support, Technical Advisers, Global Operations and other internal teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal knowledge bases and workflow documentation.
Required profile
- Available to work five shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
- Client‑oriented, team player with strong communication skills in English.
- Fast learner, independent, detail‑oriented and analytical.
- Experience in hardware/software support or similar roles is a plus.
Required skills
- Fluent written and spoken English.
