About the role

SkyGini is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its fast‑growing TravelTech team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to travelers through digital channels while working closely with airline, hotel and other travel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance via WhatsApp, email and phone, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Collaborate with global airlines, hotels and travel suppliers to resolve inquiries and coordinate services.
• Use advanced technology tools to troubleshoot issues in real time and document solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SkyGini’s travel products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Availability for full‑time work, including rotating weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel sector is a significant advantage.
