About the role
This part‑time, on‑site position supports evening‑hour customer care for WALL‑SMART in Petah Tikva. The student will handle inquiries, keep records, and help maintain a high level of satisfaction while gaining product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up on open tasks.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and update customers on order status.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when needed.
- Learn product basics and support evening‑hour operations.
Required profile
- Available at least two evenings per week (Monday‑Thursday, 4 pm‑10 pm) in Petah Tikva.
- Currently enrolled student with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with ERP and basic office software.
