About the role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Supervisor to lead engineering components during the execution phase of our projects in Tel Aviv. This dynamic position offers opportunities for learning, training, and professional growth within a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering components throughout the execution phase.
- Manage project schedules and control budgets.
- Apply project management methodology to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Registered Civil Engineer (mandatory).
- Minimum two years of experience in construction execution or supervision.
- Strong managerial skills, commitment, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems.
- Experience with finishing works (advantage).
