Computing Infrastructure Engineer – Software GPS

About the role

The Computing Infrastructure Engineer – SW GPS will support advanced computing systems and platform technologies for next‑generation semiconductor products. You will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and operating server, virtualization, and cloud‑native environments across global customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Support and operate virtualization platforms and containerized environments such as VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, drive issue resolution, and improve system reliability.
• Validate computing readiness for new product introductions and assist with field deployments.
• Develop technical documentation, procedures, and provide training to field teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in computing or infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
