Communications & Media Relations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Communications & Media Relations Lead to drive ForSight’s public relations and communications strategy. Reporting to the Director of PR & Communications, you will shape media engagement, amplify our brand, and translate complex medical‑tech innovations into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Support content creation for internal and external channels, including blog posts, LinkedIn updates, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate social media accounts to ensure consistent, strategy‑aligned messaging.
• Draft and edit high‑quality written materials such as press releases, backgrounders, and briefing documents.
• Research and evaluate prospective media outlets, conferences, and speaking opportunities; assist in coordinating interviews, press briefings, and events.
• Conduct proactive media outreach, monitor coverage and industry trends, and identify new PR opportunities.

Required profile

• Native‑level English writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• 2–4 years of experience in public relations, media, or communications.
• Background as a journalist or experience at a PR agency with proven success in drafting press materials and pitching.
• Strong understanding of tech, healthcare, or business media landscapes.
• Professional experience managing or contributing to social media channels.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (with honors) from a U.S.-based university.
