About the role
InterContinental David Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead its finance team, overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the hotel’s daily accounting activities.
- Perform bank, credit card, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Handle invoices, payments, journal entries and accounting reconciliations.
- Prepare financial data and periodic reports.
- Support month‑end closing, balance sheet preparation and internal/external audits.
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
Required profile
- Bookkeeping Certificate – Type 2.
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Team management experience.
- Experience in hospitality or an international organization (advantage).
- High‑level English proficiency.
- Strong organizational accuracy and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Financial systems proficiency.
