Director, Corporate Strategy

About the role

Payoneer’s rapid growth creates new competitive dynamics and market opportunities. The Corporate Strategy team is a small, high‑impact group that builds the insights and business plans needed to answer the company’s biggest strategic questions and turn them into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own large, impactful strategy initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Steer cross‑functional projects by engaging senior stakeholders, managing scope and process.
• Articulate opportunities and strategic directions to leadership and secure alignment on resource investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, GTM and other teams to drive execution across the organization.
• Monitor trends, competition and nuanced market needs to surface new growth opportunities for Payoneer.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, including 3‑4 years at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Additional 2‑3 years in venture capital, investment banking or a corporate‑development role within a high‑tech company.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to blend high‑level strategic thinking with a deep understanding of users and products.
• Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and external partners to solve complex problems.
• Passion for technology and solid knowledge of software and business‑technology markets.
• A/B.Sc. in an analytical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, economics, etc.
