VP Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded VP Finance to lead SkyGini’s finance function end‑to‑end. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, reporting directly to the CEO and driving finance as a business engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own cash‑flow and liquidity management, optimise working capital, payment terms, settlement cycles and foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Build rolling cash‑flow forecasts, budgets and operating plans, and maintain rigorous budget‑versus‑actual control.
• Lead financial and accounting reporting, monthly and annual close processes, tax, VAT and audits.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, card companies and payment providers, and oversee payment processing and reconciliation.
• Develop and continuously improve financial systems, processes, controls and automation while managing the finance team and outsourced providers.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior role with ownership of cash‑flow, liquidity and finance operations.
• Hands‑on experience in high‑volume transaction environments, preferably in e‑commerce, marketplaces, fintech or similar.
• Strong business judgment, strategic thinking combined with meticulous execution.
• Proven ability to lead people, develop talent and work with external service providers.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
