About the role

We are a stealth‑mode enterprise AI startup backed by leading investors and an experienced team. We are seeking an exceptional VP Business Development & Sales to join the leadership team and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

Open doors to large enterprises and create senior strategic relationships.
Develop and close complex, high‑value opportunities.
Turn early customer traction into a scalable go‑to‑market engine.
Lead the building of a commercial function from the ground up.

Required profile

Entrepreneurial B2B leader with strong commercial instincts and strategic thinking.
Significant experience in enterprise technology sales and business development.
Proven ability to build relationships and close complex deals with large enterprises.
Experience engaging C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a commercial function at an early stage.
Background in AI, data or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
Motivation to build something ambitious rather than pursue a conventional position.
