Sales Development Representative – On-site in Tel Aviv

About the role

The Sales Development Representative at Heyy is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, including researching target markets, generating leads, and initiating outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a structured pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ communication challenges and schedule qualified meetings or demos.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and provide feedback on messaging and campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to refine positioning and support revenue growth.
• Represent Heyy’s AI‑driven solutions in a clear, consultative manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development, preferably in SaaS or AI B2B environments.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities, including conducting discovery calls and handling objections.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tel Aviv‑Yafo, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and effectively use CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
