About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to cover a maternity leave within our B2B team in Israel. You will handle day‑to‑day inquiries from business customers via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to business customer inquiries by email and phone, addressing issues promptly.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, resolve problems, and deliver outstanding service.
• Verify pricing details for accuracy and manage customer complaints efficiently.
• Support Sales and Account Managers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B customer service or sales support.
• Quick learner able to adapt to new tools and fast‑paced environments.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation and service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (SUM, COUNT, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
• General computer application proficiency.
