User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Riverside is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to own and scale its search‑based growth channels. You will lead Google and Bing Search campaigns, build robust reporting infrastructure, and drive mobile app install initiatives while leveraging AI to increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of Google and Bing Search campaigns, including keyword research, bid strategy, ad copy testing, localization, and performance optimization.
• Manage sizable budgets with a focus on efficiency and scalable growth.
• Develop and maintain conversion tracking, UTM governance, dashboards, and attribution models in partnership with Data and Marketing Ops teams.
• Run and scale mobile app install campaigns across Google and Meta, collaborating with creative and product teams.
• Implement AI‑driven automation to streamline workflows, generate insights faster, and extend campaign operations beyond manual limits.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Search campaigns (SaaS experience a plus).
• Proven track record running large‑scale, multi‑geo campaigns with localization and regional bidding strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to diagnose data discrepancies and make data‑driven decisions.
• Resourceful, self‑directed, and quick to act when issues arise or opportunities emerge.
