US Transaction Tax Manager

About the role

EY is hiring a US Transaction Tax Senior Manager or Manager in Tel Aviv for its growing US Transaction Tax practice. The role leads high-impact deal advisory projects, drives tax strategy and influences the outcomes of major transactions across industries, working with leading private equity firms and multinational companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead US tax due diligence for M&A, divestitures and strategic transactions
• Develop and execute tax structuring strategies for buyers, sellers, corporate and private equity clients
• Review purchase agreements and guide post-closing reorganizations and PMI
• Collaborate with attorneys, CFOs, directors and tax specialists
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for tax-efficient value creation

Required profile

• CPA or licensed attorney (dual qualification is a strong advantage)
• 2+ years of experience in US tax advisory, M&A tax or international tax
• Hands-on experience in due diligence and deal structuring (an advantage)
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, deadlines and teams in a fast-paced environment
