Tour Operator – Manage Incoming Tours in Israel

About the role
Join the operations team of Israel’s leading incoming tour company, Sar-El Tours and Conferences. You will coordinate and support faith‑based, pilgrimage, business, and conference tours, ensuring smooth travel experiences for international guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with international clients and travel agents.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistics for incoming tour groups.
- Manage supplier and service arrangements before group arrivals.
- Oversee on‑the‑ground operations, providing real‑time solutions during tours.
- For the Department Operations Manager role: guide the operations team and supervise multiple tours simultaneously.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Background in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
