About the role

Join the operations team of Israel’s leading incoming tour company, Sar-El Tours and Conferences. You will coordinate and support faith‑based, pilgrimage, business, and conference tours, ensuring smooth travel experiences for international guests.

Key responsibilities

Maintain clear, consistent communication with international clients and travel agents.
Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistics for incoming tour groups.
Manage supplier and service arrangements before group arrivals.
Oversee on‑the‑ground operations, providing real‑time solutions during tours.
For the Department Operations Manager role: guide the operations team and supervise multiple tours simultaneously.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Background in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
