Supply Chain Project Manager

About the role

As a key member of the Supply Chain organization, you will lead high‑impact programs that drive business transformation, supply‑chain readiness, and operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best‑in‑class methodologies.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data insights.
• Analyze large datasets with tools such as Excel, Databricks, Tableau to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document all phases of project, program, and process development and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, analytics or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL for analytics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve business processes.
