Technical Program Manager

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Migdal Ha-emek. You will lead complex multidisciplinary products through their entire lifecycle, from product definition and development through proliferation, high-volume manufacturing and sustaining phases, following KLA's Product Lifecycle (PLC) processes and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive programs in line with PLC processes and guidelines, aligned with quality standards, organizational strategy and product objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Corporate) to define program plans and deliver them within timelines and budgets.
• Drive field engagement activities and align business units and end customers to support product adoption.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Service teams to set up the infrastructure, tools and procedures needed for product assembly, installation and service delivery.

Required profile

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Engineering or a scientific discipline (mandatory).
• 8+ years of experience developing multidisciplinary systems combining optics, electronics, algorithms, motion control and software.
• Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of System Engineering principles.
• Experience with optics, electronics, algorithms, motion control and software integration.
