Technical Enablement Manager

About the role

Silverfort is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to lead the professional development of its customer‑facing engineering and account management teams. In this role you will translate deep product knowledge into practical, field‑ready skills and act as the bridge between Product, Customer Success leadership, and the field.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with CS and Product leadership to identify gaps in technical product knowledge and soft‑skill capabilities.
• Design, curate, and scale technical enablement content, architectural breakdown modules, and soft‑skill playbooks.
• Own the onboarding roadmap for new CS team members, accelerating time‑to‑productivity.
• Develop and run continuous education programs for seasoned team members on advanced capabilities and competitive updates.
• Establish and govern a certification framework with testing methods, lab assessments, and role‑play scorecards.
• Maintain a feedback loop with Product and CS teams to inform documentation and messaging.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Enablement, Technical Account Management, or Customer Engineering within a fast‑paced B2B software environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, partnering with senior CS and Product leaders.
• Proven ability to identify systemic knowledge gaps and design enablement solutions.
• Experience building technical training programs from scratch, including certification processes.
