Product Manager, Risk & Resilience (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Mastercard Cybersecurity Risk & Resilience is expanding its product team and looking for a Product Manager to help shape our enterprise‑grade cybersecurity platforms. This role is ideal for a hands‑on product leader who thrives in fast‑paced, iterative environments and wants to drive real impact in the world of cyber risk and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize customer, partner, and internal stakeholder product feedback.
• Influence roadmap themes, feature goals, and high‑level functional direction.
• Build strategic business justifications for major initiatives.
• Represent product strategy to senior leadership, regional business groups, and broader organizational audiences.
• Lead feature definition, including goals, value proposition, and high‑level capabilities.
• Serve as the product team’s subject‑matter expert on cyber threat intelligence.
• Engage technical experts to validate feature feasibility and synthesize guidance for R&D.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party providers and ensure required agreements and reviews are completed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional or academic experience in cybersecurity, including cyber risk management and security frameworks.
• Strong background in cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI platforms is an advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical product, R&D, and design teams.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
