About the role

Webbee Digital, a leading B2B marketing agency, is seeking a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop a team of 8‑10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The role focuses on coaching, performance management and professional development while maintaining a hands‑on involvement in outbound lead generation for technology clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach and onboard a team of 8‑10 SDRs.
Monitor and improve team KPIs, ensuring high‑quality outreach across client campaigns.
Support day‑to‑day challenges, professional growth and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Strategy Managers and Client Success teams to align on campaign goals.
Review campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and refine processes.

Required profile

Previous experience managing or leading a team of SDRs or similar.
Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
Analytical mindset with a KPI‑driven approach.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Native‑level Hebrew and good English communication skills.
