About the role

Webbee Digital, a leading B2B marketing agency, is seeking a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop a team of 8‑10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The role focuses on coaching, performance management and professional development while maintaining a hands‑on involvement in outbound lead generation for technology clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and onboard a team of 8‑10 SDRs.
  • Monitor and improve team KPIs, ensuring high‑quality outreach across client campaigns.
  • Support day‑to‑day challenges, professional growth and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Strategy Managers and Client Success teams to align on campaign goals.
  • Review campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and refine processes.

Required profile

  • Previous experience managing or leading a team of SDRs or similar.
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
  • Analytical mindset with a KPI‑driven approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Native‑level Hebrew and good English communication skills.
