Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys identifying top talent through creative and targeted search strategies. The role will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and promoting our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Proactively source candidates using professional networks, LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Develop and expand recruitment channels and talent pipelines.
• Manage job postings and support employer branding across social media and various platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools, systems and sourcing technologies to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or talent sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards and additional sourcing tools.
• Strong headhunting capabilities and a creative, targeted approach to talent identification.
• Strong digital skills and affinity for technology.
• Curiosity, adaptability, proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
