Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of technical and operational positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing initiatives, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
• Conduct screening and interviews, assessing professional and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in technical and operational hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for defence, aerospace, or complex technology‑oriented organizations.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
