About the role
The role involves taking full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including defining job requirements, publishing vacancies, and sourcing candidates through job boards and social media. It also encompasses managing onboarding, supporting managers, and assisting employees with HR‑related matters.
Key responsibilities
- Define job requirements and publish vacancies.
- Source, screen and recruit candidates via job boards and social media.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews and check references.
- Prepare candidate evaluations and send employment contracts.
- Manage onboarding processes and support managers.
- Assist employees with HR‑related queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum three years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for the construction industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive mindset, creativity, initiative, accountability, independence, strong organizational skills, and ability to see the bigger picture.
