About the role

Paragon, a fast‑growing cybersecurity start‑up, is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to shape its hiring strategy. You will work closely with R&D and leadership teams, ensuring the company attracts top talent that drives its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, including in‑depth HR interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and become their trusted recruitment advisor.
Design and implement tailored recruiting strategies for senior and managerial positions, coaching stakeholders on best hiring decisions.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a technology environment, preferably working with R&D teams.
Proven track record of end‑to‑end recruiting across multiple roles.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Creative thinker who brings innovative sourcing solutions.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
