System Administrator – Microsoft 365 & Cloud

About the role

We’re hiring a System Administrator for a leading energy company in Kfar Saba. The role is hands‑on, operating, maintaining, and developing the IT environment for approximately 250 users across Israel and global sites, focusing on Microsoft 365, infrastructure and endpoint management, and cybersecurity projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Administer users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure and maintain Intune, endpoint policies, and devices.
• Support SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Operate Microsoft Defender security tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT equipment, from onboarding to replacement.
• Collaborate with IT, communications, and procurement vendors.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Assist with backup management and periodic restore testing.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Online.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and deliver Tier 2/3 support.
• High‑level English communication skills.
