Supply Planner – Global FMCG

About the role

Leiman Schlissel Ltd. is seeking a Supply Planner to join its Planning & Import team in Yavne. The role focuses on converting demand forecasts into actionable supply orders while ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability across Israel's leading retail chains.

Key responsibilities

• Build supply plans based on existing demand forecasts.
• Issue purchase orders aligned with the supply plan.
• Monitor and analyse forecasts, identifying exceptions, gaps, and required adjustments.
• Provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy in collaboration with Marketing.
• Track daily inventory levels, analyse trends, and flag shortages or excess stock.
• Handle supply and inventory issues in real time and update orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain ongoing contact with international suppliers to manage processes and resolve issues.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure.
• Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• BA in Logistics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Economics.
