Global Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Global Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. The role is hands‑on, overseeing international shipments, freight management, documentation, and cost control while coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international air and ocean shipments from origin to final destination.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
• Obtain, review, and compare freight quotations and support negotiations.
• Review shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays, documentation gaps, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and logistics reports.
• Review freight invoices and investigate cost discrepancies.
• Support inventory transfers between suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
• Assist with logistics reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
• Knowledge of Priority ERP – an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas).
