About the role
We are seeking an experienced Import Team Leader to manage all import activities for our global trade team, ensuring timely delivery of high‑tech components to production.
Key responsibilities
- Manage imports from suppliers using air and sea channels, coordinating with PATs, vendor schedules and logistics.
- Provide solutions for urgent deliveries, overseeing freight and duty budgets and initiating cost‑reduction projects.
- Establish communication infrastructures to update shipment status and monitor market obstacles such as airline issues or natural disasters.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant import/export experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a sensitive geopolitical environment and handling evolving trade restrictions.
