Planning & Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert

About the role

Join Applied Materials as a Planning & Supply Chain SME, leading technological programs from solution selection to implementation within the planning and supply chain team. You will drive high‑impact sessions with executive management and global business units, shaping the future of our supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business decisions across the lifecycle of planning and supply chain programs, including IT, BI & AI innovations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, produce detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and support planning and supply chain IT systems, providing training and ongoing user assistance.
• Manage projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and influence consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or B.A. in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills, able to guide teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of planning and supply chain processes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirements Documents.
• Project management capabilities.
