Supply Chain Manager - Endoscopy

About the role

The Endoscopy Operating Unit, part of Medtronic's Medical Surgical Portfolio, develops minimally invasive technologies. Its Supply Chain function covers planning, inventory management, sourcing, manufacturing support and logistics. This is an onsite leadership role in Yokneam, managing a supply chain team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and execution to meet customer demand and business goals
• Develop and run supply chain strategies covering capacity, inventory and network optimisation
• Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals and supervisors, including performance management and talent development
• Support new product introductions, launches and business initiatives through planning and cross-functional coordination
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in service, inventory and efficiency
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance and Commercial teams to solve operational issues
• Analyse supply chain data to identify risks and improve performance
• Set up and run operational plans, policies and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing or logistics experience, or a Master's degree plus 3+ years
• Experience leading teams, including performance management, coaching and employee development
• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics or manufacturing support
• Experience developing and running operational plans, projects or process improvement initiatives
• Experience analysing operational data to drive business decisions

Preferred qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain experience, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and order fulfilment
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
