Strategy & Operations Manager - Courier Operations

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive strategic planning, performance and key initiatives across Wolt Israel's Courier Operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the role partners with local and global teams to turn priorities into results, improve processes, develop team capabilities and lead AI adoption and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, turning business priorities into roadmaps, resources and milestones.
• Own OKRs, KPI tracking and business reviews, turning insights into actions that improve performance.
• Run Operations leadership forums to ensure clear decisions, ownership and follow-through.
• Align local, global and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities, processes and policies.
• Improve workflows and implement scalable processes that strengthen efficiency and accountability.
• Partner with People and Operations managers on career frameworks, training and team development.
• Lead AI adoption, automation and new initiatives from business case through launch and evaluation.

Required profile

• 7+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, operational excellence, organization and methods, or strategic program management, ideally in a fast-growing business.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives, strategic planning and performance management across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Structured approach to managing priorities, dependencies and risks, with experience driving process improvements and organizational change.
• High ownership, discretion and confidence working independently and with senior leadership.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
